  • Yes, there is a charge of $400 to have alcohol on property and can only be dispensed by a licensed bartender.

  • This is a DIY venue. You and all the hired vendors are in charge of clean up.

  • Yes, DJ and Band set up and take down time is between the hours of 3:00-11:00pm.

  • All vendor set up and take down time is between the hours of 3:00-11:00pm

  • We do not supply any linens or decorations of any kind.
